Preoperative eye biometric measurements are critical for calculating IOL power, so it is essential to grasp how the various parameters interact. The aim of this study determine predictability and influence values on power calculation. To relationship between values. It an observational cross-sectional done at a tertiary care center in Mysore, Karnataka. 110 eyes undergoing cataract surgeries were evaluated over period four months. biometry was performed calculated by SRK–II A-scan. Pearson correlation coefficient matrix tabulated. Model obtained using multiple linear regression analysis. comparison made among all 6 models R square value standard error estimate. Ka had positive with Kh (r=0.955) Kv(r=0.963), which weak negative AL (r =-0.358). 2 (SRK II-IOLP= (-0.900)*Ka + (-2.500)*AL+118.200) highest no error, indicating estimating IOLP. Estimating IOLP A-scan significant predictor but Square 0.206.Model 1 (A-scan- IOLP=(-0.191) *Ka +(-1.002)*AL+52.445) second most successful model. can provide better both methods calculate AL. There limited evidence comparing formulas. SRK-II measurement showed higher accuracy refractive error. A scan provided precise data calculation within average range ALs. SRK- II formula's than formula.
